More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
