I will stamp all over 'serious boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's bout.

Former two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I plan to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."

Respectful Exchange

In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.

Taking Aim at Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Opponent

Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he stated.

Paul's Background

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.

He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.

Forecast and Confidence

The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.

"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.

Physical Disparity

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
